- drink more water; carry water bottle everywhere
- go to bed earlier, get up earlier
- drink alcohol less, cherish it more
- read more
- find/create a new home & be grounded
- connect with more people & make genuine friendships
- minimise procrastination & be more realistic when decision making
- be more patient with food; take the time to cook, listen to the body, do what your future self will thank you for, eat from Mother Earth
- be outside as much as possible
- focus less on time; be more in the moment
- be more mindful of consumption footprint; shop 2nd hand as much as possible, give old clothes to charity, use reusable kitchenware, buy eco cleaning product/toiletries if affordable, buy less packaged products
- be better at replying; go through inboxes every evening
- be more cut throat & realistic when making plans; if you don’t want to do it now you probably won’t want to do it then, it’s better being honest or rescheduling now then letting people down later
- get outside your comfort zone more; do things that scare you, push yourself to see people when it’s easier not to
